Maybe already a few years old? Without stating the year of manufacture, the prices are also a bit hard to compare.

This is extremely cheap. Where is the catch? If I subtract 80k for the basement, 30k for the garden, 15k for the garage, and 60k for incidental construction costs, it leaves a price per m2 of 1850 euros.

With that level of equipment, never possible. There's something fishy here. Did you only include the costs above partially? :)

Sorry, my mistake! Year of construction was 2008; (timber frame construction), the charging station was added later. Nowadays, unfortunately, not possible for that price anymore.

Not yet - I can gladly send you something via PM :-) It is not based on any design from Lechner Massivhaus - it is a custom architect plan in Bauhaus style
