I would be in favor of reviving this thread in order to be able to refer to the current prices. 2016 prices are no longer comparable!

And how much of the 697,000 was spent on the outdoor facilities / connection costs / construction cost subsidies for water and wastewater?

35,000 for outdoor facilities and 15,000 for incidental construction costs

Only 15k ancillary construction costs? Wow. We have planned considerably more for that.
