I am sure that the architect can design a floor plan for you that combines your ideas. And the criticism here will also trigger some thought processes that will make it easier for you to evaluate the architect's proposals that differ from your wishes. With the budget and the floor plan, you hardly have any limits. It'll work out.

,

Nope, I also discuss multi-family houses or city villas, even though I don't like them. I also discuss generation houses, even though I reject such things. I've been doing this for several years, and with quite a lot of empathy.

You are welcome to reread the arguments from #96 and explain to us how a desired "one level" goes along with the basement ;)

@lotafreak ... why do you actually like the floor plan of evolith so much? Your requirement profile for separating parent/child is not reflected in it at all. Neither is your approach of placing the kitchen towards the terrace.

I think a break would be good and to first wait and see what the architect delivers. In the meantime, let some arguments run through your mind. , for example, built a bungalow that also uses the attic as storage space etc. I don't know his roof pitch right now, but it wasn't that steep either.

Are light courts not included in the calculation of the floor area ratio?

Yes, that also comes into play: floor area ratio of 0.4, maximum length of an exterior wall of 15 meters, and with 660 sqm you might also want to be able to walk around your house, at least as far as the attic allows. Has or plans many large windows (patio windows) on the south, but also some on the east or west (a covered L-shaped terrace is desired, and then in the sense of the bright and floodlit "Vita," the property quickly reaches its limits.
But it doesn’t matter: thinking along and having a bit of knowledge about the subject is unwelcome with the original poster. A pity.

That is misleading with the hip roof; as far as I remember, it is 35°. I'm currently unsure, possibly yes. Which light court are you asking about, and do you mean a widened light well or an atrium?
