Bungalow floor plan 160-170 sqm with basement

If 5000€ have been paid there, you get our full attention and a plan according to your wishes, starting with the basement and ending with the ground floor. If you don’t like anything, you get 3000€ back. Deal? Or you can go straight to an architect. Don’t be surprised that a basement depends on the whole house. It’s supposed to be a living basement with light wells.

I don’t understand what you want in the basement and Yvonne has already said, the basement planning depends on the ground floor.

If your existing floor plan meets your wishes, then I don’t understand the inquiries.

There have been enough hints about inconsistencies
- Windows in the room corners
- Bathroom/children’s room situation
- Room depth of the pantry, not even a freezer can open there
- Passage room garage/house with basement stairs
- Slanted wall in the dressing room .. because otherwise the transition between dining/living doesn’t work at all, but with the slanted wall the use of the dressing room doesn’t work.
- Wasted space in the hallway, which is probably 300 cm wide (numbers are hard to read) ... but is hard to furnish, then at least there would be storage space there.
etc. etc. etc.

Here, however, one must distinguish whether it is just a different taste or whether it really makes no sense for logical reasons..

Should I mention the Vita house to the architect for orientation?
