North orientation? What do you mean?
I don't really like the windows for sleeping when it's raining.

You're not so into sun positions and their effects, for example on the psyche, glaring low position, heat exposure, or desk work, and you also resist that, don't you? Laugh... ;)

Ah, ok... when I walk through the new development areas, 99% of the terraces are on the south side... If you think this is nonsense... you are the 1%. That's called arrogance...

I think there are great members in this forum who give advice to newcomers and share their experiences... and there are those who throw around terms without going into detail and are hardly to be surpassed in arrogance... The important thing is that everyone can realize their construction project according to their wishes...

When I remember apartments from my childhood on the north side, I always think of cold, shade, moisture, and the muddy meadow that never dried out... No no... never again...

28° DN hip roofs look less steep than 22° DN gable roofs, so much for the aesthetics.

That is a good idea.

Probably not 99%... but no one is currently talking about terraces here!, but about your ignorance towards children's rooms.

You say that to the one who has created a few possibilities and inspirations for you here according to YOUR specifications. Oh dear!

..., and that is good enough for the children for you?

I have thanked you several times for that... What do you expect regarding how your statements should be handled? Whoever distributes must also be able to take it... Ignorance? In every draft, every child has an east or west window, which depending on the season has its advantages... I really have no time/desire to deal with such accusations... You are welcome to ignore my texts.. Again, I am looking for an exchange of experiences and reasons here, not accusations that one does not see anything, etc. If you were right in all points, probably all houses would be the same.... It's about realizing oneself and not you... I gladly accept criticism, but as I have already mentioned several times (basement), I do not see why I should be completely deterred from building what I want... In my eyes, it is arrogantly claimed here that one is the top draftsperson... I have to accept all criticism, but am totally incapable of criticism myself. Well... I gladly engage with people who give advice... I am not looking for anything else
