True. But you know that it will never be my house, not even in principle, even though I love bungalows... and it's simply not possible to plan all rooms facing north. I think you're making it a bit too easy for yourself there.
I can only plan as much and as well as the input allows. And there are still quite a few pieces of information missing... so this is not about my taste, but about planning a functional design with given specifications, not about opinions.
So if someone says here that something needs to be shortened, in 90% of cases it won’t work without cutting back somewhere else.
On the topic of the terrace: most people simply prefer to sit there without a roof, so in the light... and when the western sun is low, the roof doesn’t help; after sunset it rather provides the protection that people appreciate then.
So complaining won’t help if you don’t say what you would imagine.
Instead, negating is not an option.
As I said before: I’ll try one more round, gladly also with 6 meters. But logically, 6 meters outside also eat up 6 meters inside, possibly offset, and you still need 3 children's rooms in this area.
It’s not like we haven’t expressed concerns over many pages.
An elephant can’t get through a keyhole without its trunk either, if you know what I mean ;)

Oh, but certainly: everything equal to or over 50 cm is included.

I know, home builders dislike discussing the ecological aspect of their dream... but that is really a massive land sealing, just to be able to dance the Vienna Waltz in the hallway. The floor area ratio actually has a function, and wanting to exceed it with such a beast of a house... I don't know.

What are the dimensions of your house?

Especially since these are even two adjacent plots (which, for example, would not be allowed here).

Not with us either. The OP seems to be lucky there.

The terrace does not have to be only under the canopy, but can also be expanded.

Parents not facing the street, but children?
