I don't understand what this recess is supposed to be for, there will always just be decorations there without any use. Better to extend the kitchen there, then the table and the fireplace will fit without looking strange.

As far as I understand, the wardrobe is supposed to go there...

Thank you for your feedback. The recess is intended for the wardrobe area with a seating option for putting on shoes.

Then go ahead and draw in the furniture and consider the window there. Unfortunately, the plan is only rudimentarily dimensioned, so that individual sections can hardly be judged at all.

Unfortunately, there is no questionnaire here that answers the necessary questions for you. Therefore, I will save myself a constructive contribution with a lot of listing. Roughly speaking: a special design can also be good. But I don’t see that here: niches that are hardly good to furnish like dead ends and also have no added value, viewing windows into the hallway or onto the guest toilet, various corner uses, and a missing living area (the placeholder is nothing more than a corner bench) seating area with a direct view of the entrance. In the golden middle of the house, three different angles meet, square meters are wasted in the hallway, the shower on the ground floor is for the missing guest room, the space requirement of the kitchen counter does not allow for the stove. Four doors where two would suffice is a masterpiece. Overall, storage space is missing. Doing laundry does not make you happy either.

Hand on heart, this is not a draft but a floor plan stolen from somewhere on the internet that you hope fits the plot. Search criterion:

You have a large plot and obviously sufficient budget. That is of course great. On 180 sqm you can plan a lot of spaciousness for 2 people, but not with this floor plan... it is so bad that you should forget it immediately.

I would start with the basics: where is the plot nice, where are there nice views and peace, where the opposite, which orientation is important to you, do parking spaces (in whatever form) really have to be at the house or is separate enough, etc. Your plot thread was the right approach here. Unfortunately, it has petered out and you basically jumped straight to the "draft" without any basic investigation - that is the mistake (at least that is the impression).
