Wow, the pocket collection! Laughing my head off. Was the sports clique visiting or who do all of those belong to? What’s inside the cabinets anyway? Don’t tell me shoes!

Take a look here: I was already wondering why you were so adamant about 0 cm

Up to 70 cm height there are shoes inside. They are all supposed to go under the stairs into 1 m long drawers. I will withhold the main bag collection from you. My wife firmly claims it’s like that for everyone, we have the least clutter.
I always tell the amazed audience "With us, shoes are not counted but measured in cubic meters!"

I didn’t know such women really exist. I don’t even know what to say about it. I keep laughing all the time. I’m afraid I’m simply missing a gene for this kind of thing. The whole matter increasingly seems ridiculous to me.

No concrete statement on financing (more is involved than just "that will work"). Vague statement with limitation to 160m² – then the money will be enough – what kind of nonsense are you letting yourselves be sold there? No mention of the number of children actual vs. planned, mega clothing hoarding, for which there will probably never be enough cabinets, unclear development plan, architect/planner already ran away twice...
Let me know when you manage to squeeze the square block through the round hole.
So far, in my opinion, the whole thing fails because of money and is therefore not worth further discussion as long as there is no credible concept.

: I am not inclined to publicly display my financial situation and my motivations on the internet. Remember, the internet never forgets and there are people reading along who shouldn’t be. I can gladly send you some details via private message if you are interested. Others have already been mentioned: 3 children IS - no predetermined SHOULD. No one has a hoarding disorder. In a large household, quite a lot accumulates over several decades. The development plan has been mentioned here in text form. No architect has run away. I consciously declined one due to the mentioned price. The other ignored many of the given conditions and pulled a standard proposal out of the drawer. The square peg fits very well into the round hole if the round hole is big enough. As I said, it’s not about the money, but we are also not willing to just throw every quoted price at a general contractor and then move in after a year. Building a house also has something to do with passion and heart. My own signature must be recognizable there and also that I have at least carried some of the stones myself. Otherwise, I might as well rent. That is usually even cheaper in the countryside. Therefore, I plan according to the motto "As high-quality as possible and as expensive as necessary." In the process, I try to understand all trades, comprehend them, plan most of it myself, and optimize if necessary. By the way, I printed out your ground floor plan and laid it over mine. The differences are not significant in themselves and revolve mainly around the rear kitchen, except for the offset staircase. I interpret that as a positive for my living/dining room planning, which I have revised accordingly and coordinated with my wife. That should be settled now. We owe you that.
