Yes, I also find the kitchen layout unsuccessful; there is hardly any surface area between the cooktop and the sink, and that is actually the main workspace. Instead, there is a rather large empty space right in the middle.
Dining area... I would rather place a long bench/kitchen sofa along the partition wall to the living area and then position the table lengthwise from the top to the bottom of the plan in front of it. This creates enough clearance on the left side of the plan, even when chairs are in use on the left.
Living area... I would place the sofa more centrally to the partition wall, meaning I would prefer a wide window behind the sofa on the right side of the plan, and move the window at the bottom of the plan further to the right.
I find a wardrobe cabinet of about 120 cm too small for the coats and shoes of at least 5 people. Not every person only uses one option; there are several pairs of shoes and always several jackets etc. in use. In winter, items like hats, scarves, etc. are added.
The utility room (HAR) should be sufficient, since apparently only the connections are supposed to go there. The electrical panel can go on the 150 cm wall on the left, leaving enough space in front of it.
