I also find the distribution of the rooms on the upper floor unsuccessful, especially the children's room with the small north-facing window.

And the entrance ... one should imagine the paths on the property from the street etc., maybe sketch them on the property together with
.

The staircase also seems to be quite tightly calculated.

But the knee wall of 150 is quite a trick, isn't it? On the upper floor, the walls are simply set 20 cm inward or built thicker, or how am I supposed to interpret the plan?

The knee wall niche is well utilized in the parents' area, but those are not necessarily standard wardrobes that can be placed there. You can of course build something yourself, for example from Pax Ikea cabinets, but it needs to be adapted.

Living area on the ground floor ... if really furnished like that, watching TV would also be difficult to plan.

Kitchen area ... 76 cm wide floor-to-ceiling door is not an ideal door to get from the kitchen to the garden/terrace. Other paths to the garden/terrace then become slalom routes around the dining room furniture.

6.5 cm walls ... I would like to know what they are supposed to be made of. For example, you should also think about sockets in the wall ... they cannot be properly realized with these walls, since there are also cable conduits to consider, etc.

EDIT:
How is the attic supposed to be accessed?
It is a pity that often not all the information about a floor plan thread is included in the first post of the thread. So that you could target the information again and again on purpose.

I find the technology room a bit "small". Do you really fit everything in there? Where do you do your laundry? Where are the machines for it located?

like Truce. Guest WC smaller, without shower. Utility room larger for appliances. In ours with 10 sqm there is a washing machine, dryer, 2 cabinets, one for supplies, one for jackets, shoes also cat litter box. Utility sink. Kitchen. Planning it as L-shaped. Where the tall cabinets currently are, the everyday table goes. It is big enough. Karsten

Why is there so much space between the garage and the house?

Please fill out the questionnaire. I have already sent you the link for it.

In my opinion, the utility room is only suitable for minimal building services equipment -> heating, a bit of plumbing and the electrical panel. If that's all that has to go in there, then everything is fine.

6.5 cm walls between the master bedroom and kids' room - the first child will know exactly what's going on when they get siblings. I would completely eliminate drywall partitions in my next house.

The kitchen barely has any workspace; 70 cm island depth is too little. I would tear down the partition wall to the dining area, install new windows and put a hefty 1.20 to 1.40 meter deep island there. Ideally, also remove the access door from the hallway and make cabinets and workspace around the corner. Coffee machine, toaster, bread slicer, odds and ends, knick-knacks etc. all need space. And then there's the groceries to be distributed on top of that.

Why is the corridor upstairs always called a gallery nowadays?

Instead of many small windows in the living room, I would prefer to install 2 by 2 meter large PSK or lift-and-slide doors.

Have fun with the further planning and the house construction :)

I share this concern that a knee wall without a side partition might be doubled on top of a knee wall. After all, it is partially used with the cabinets.

I actually find Dennert Massivhaus quite acceptable, although the types of the Icon house series are similarly "successful and flexible" ;-) as those of the Elk Easy Living series.

Instead of manufacturers where the "adjustment screws" for customizations only allow half a turn of play, I recommend the "courage" for bespoke design.
