850€ for food I also find quite a lot. On average, we spend 600€ for 3 people, including the canteen and meals at kindergarten as well as other non-food items from the supermarket. (I don’t split up the receipts.) But anyone who often eats out in the evenings or on weekends will quickly reach higher amounts.

750€ for one car is a lot, but for 2 cars, it is relatively little.

Somehow the money gets spent, of course.
It's a matter of priorities. Someone with 4k per month and a 350k loan, to stick to your example, won't blow 750€ on a car, but rather half of that. Food can range from discount stores to gourmet shops or something in between. With 850€ you're probably at the gourmet level and/or regularly eating out.
200€ insurance has to be achieved first as well. Excluding car insurance, we're somewhere around 30€, as an example.
Reserves in a new building - commendable, but more theoretical. I would call this dead capital.

200€ insurance happens very very quickly. With a supplementary health insurance and disability insurance, for example, depending on the amount, one person is already spending 200€ there...

Respect! I like that. Honestly.

I easily spend about 350€ per month. But I don’t cook daily. So I often have to eat lunch out.

As for the money for the car, well, you also have to finance (or take into account) that. For example, living 40km from work. 80km daily. 2 cars. Financing a "cheap car", wear and tear, taxes, gas, repair reserves... 375€ per car is gone quite quickly... you're right.

Yeah well, if you book everything the industry has to offer, that's probably true -_-

There are already sensible insurances that add up over time. Liability, legal protection, household contents, building, dental supplement, car, and the Buz (not exhaustive). In my opinion, none of these are dispensable. But I don’t come to 200€/m either.
