You probably are not average, no matter which region, but you should have noticed that here already. And yes, it is obvious when you want to "live" first and spend money on vacations and so on.

But the fact is that a willing homebuyer, even with a high salary, has to save for their house. If you don’t realize that, building a house will be difficult even without or with a local resident model. You still could save now; when children come, the salary will get tighter – then saving is no longer to be thought of.
