You're quite the joker, do you maybe think that the 70k+ jobs just fall from the sky in times of wage dumping? The trend is constantly going down because more and more idiots are coming from below thanks to state and industrial propaganda, who think they all have to go into STEM fields now.

The times when studying earned you much more than the rest without are long gone.
When I see what some craftsmen earn, I feel sick and wonder why I even studied.

That you either forgot to indicate the irony or that you, as an entrepreneur, should educate yourself further in business administration. I couldn’t interpret your post either, but then I held back with a comment.

The wage dumping goes hand in hand with digitization.

No, wage dumping is due to the fact that companies can choose the cheap skilled workers because there are too many applicants for a position. That has nothing to do with digitalization at all.

Somehow I have completely different experiences in our region. Wage dumping is actually declining here because skilled workers no longer line up at the employment office. Ten years ago, the rate was almost 15%, now it is 6.1%. Here in the district, even just under 5%. Wage dumping no longer works if you want to have qualified employees.
