Aunt Google told me that over 80% of the population in Germany do not have a university degree. So you are writing here about a minority and are elevating it as the one true thing. Additionally, the number of those who need a second job to survive is steadily increasing. Sorry, but your attitude is so out of touch with reality and detached.

Man Maria16, that’s not meant arrogantly... I also think it's dumb that things are the way they are.
But just because many or all social workers do it that way doesn’t mean they’re doing it right.
I don’t want to offend anyone here. And money definitely isn’t everything and shouldn’t define you.
Nevertheless; 5-6 years of study, +5 years of professional experience and then 2,500 net? That shouldn’t be the case.

Even if your intention is probably just to swap man and woman here, there is some truth in it. At least I observe that fathers (with company cars) like to drive the "first car" to work (especially if it's a company car). The parking lot here is full of Tourans, Passats, A4s. I always wonder if they have two "first cars"? It doesn't take much to drive to work. And the family squeezes into a small car during the day because the big car is parked at the company lot?

I see this here over and over again, our neighbors are like that too (he commutes 7 km to work with the company Passat, she drives an 8-9 year old Astra with two kids). Of course, thanks to the fuel card, the Passat rolls to the bakery on weekends powered by diesel.

All good, SchleswigBau. I apologize.

80% of the people earn "a little" above Hartz IV. Ok.
And the few luxury cars I see on the streets every day, the few luxury villas I see standing everywhere here, the few rents that are paid here, the land prices of well over 300EUR/sqm are all paid on credit by 20% of society.

I am surrounded by 20%'ers.

All good.

Yes! My tip to keep it that way: Just don't take off the blinders!

Do you know what I find very amusing? You accuse someone here of knowing 'one' and you yourself talk about 'a few luxury cars'. Wonderful! Thanks! *wink*

I don't understand this statement...
But that's not a problem either.

I keep my blinders on and only see 20%. You remain open-minded and see clearly, earn 2000 net as a graduate and pay off your house over 70 years with residual debt.

Again, all good.
