People, people ... 92 cm working height ... can consist of a 72 cm high carcass with 5 levels, but it can also be made from a 78 to 80 cm high carcass with 6 to 8 levels (Ikea). Basically, there is always a price difference .. the more pull-outs and drawers, the more expensive.
Ikea kitchens .. can also be built higher than 92 cm working height, you just have to buy higher feet at the hardware store and cut the plinths yourself from the side panels.
... regarding kitchen planning .. I would swap the oven and the SbS if possible. This way, the fridge compartment of the SbS always opens towards the wall and you have to place items around the door on the countertop. For the base cabinets of the cooking island with the pull-outs, I would rather choose 3 equally high pull-outs or 2 drawers and 2 pull-outs. Do some storage planning, no one has as many tall items as you have tall pull-outs. And then you just stack things in the pull-outs again. I would also consider completely removing the tall cabinet with the ovens in the sink row, instead choose the high boards with 60 cm depth and place the two appliances next to each other with a hinged door with internal pull-outs underneath each. Whether this works out, you can’t tell without a floor plan.
Personally, I would do many things quite differently, for example, the raised bar makes the island usable only from one side. And what I generally have to say about kitchens.
