The price seems OK. However, it would be too expensive for me because the planning is not good. I strongly recommend reconsidering it. In my opinion, it is outdated (2000s might fit, I would even go back to the 90s) and above all impractical. You hardly have any continuous workspace, the island is somehow awkwardly placed in the room, overall not harmonious.

I find the SbS way too dominant. The kitchen is not made for it. And on the other hand, this one tall cabinet stands alone. I personally only like tall cabinets in pairs or sets of three. I would have seen more of an L-shape with you, and an island measuring 1.80 x 0.90 is also a nice island. You are planning with a basement, right? But where do you leave glasses and the everyday dishes? Dishes in drawers can be quite heavy to open, especially when they are 80 wide... and bending over for every water glass can also be annoying...

I also see an L but never ever with a 1.80m island. That simply doesn’t work space-wise including the L. You know, the floor plan of the house is fixed. Yes, there is a basement. The highboard is intended for plates and glasses, since it’s close to the dining table and counter.

Without an island, the kitchen is too small.

you are right...

What speaks against a u? And at the end a larger island. Is there a floor plan?

Against the U speaks the only 2m wide stair wall and the passage with chimney/ 3-sided fireplace into the kitchen.
