What is the status, ? I remember having found Kerstin's suggestion to be the best. Did you change the plan in that direction again, or is there something else?

The kitchen was ordered as such. Except that now there is a mini pull-out pantry on the far right of the island and MULP has been implemented in the drawer directly to the left above it.

If there is feedback here after extensive use on whether the base cabinet with waste system proves to be as useful as we predicted and if the "weaknesses" are perceived as perhaps suboptimal, I would be happy. I am a kitchen junkie after all.
