70k incidental building costs with basement and kitchen and outdoor facilities will not work. This is not an attack, we are building ourselves right now.
We also need the 70k, but we are building without a basement on a completely level plot.
And: The 400k may be the standard package without upgrades, but be sure that it will not stay that way. Depending on which prefabricated house providers they are, quite a bit can be added on top.
We have been dealing with this for already three quarters of a year and it will definitely fit. Also, the 70k incidental building costs with basement and kitchen definitely fit.

And no, the 400k are not with a standard package. They are even calculated turnkey. We still have a small amount of personal contribution which we can deduct.
It's also not a prefabricated house provider like Schwörerhaus, Weberhaus etc., but we are building regionally with solid construction.
