A12 is still okay. A13 is the ultimate. Not just any fool should become a department head :P

The lady is currently in position A13 with a degree from Kehl. As mentioned, according to agreements etc., all of this is possible due to the very, very good degree. She will definitely be promoted by one grade every year.
