Wasn't the concern of the OP whether an installment X is feasible with a salary X or not? I just don't understand at all why a stated salary and possible promotion can't just be accepted. He or his wife will surely know their own salary better than an uninvolved reader. Why has this been questioned for 4 pages now? What the OP describes is common practice, but obviously unimaginable for some. I'm surprised that there has been no floor plan discussion yet regarding the initial question. But let's wait and see.

Laughed again briefly if you have no idea! Every promotion is governed by the respective career regulations, of course for federal officials by the BLV, for state and municipal officials by the corresponding LLV of the federal state. The relevant paragraphs are §31, especially paragraph 1 in conjunction with §32 and §33, which leave no doubt here. Every employer loses in court if they do not adhere to this. I once read that almost 25% of all promotion measures end up in court because someone feels overlooked.
But keep living in Taka-Tuka land! Maybe you really believe that nonsense! I'm out again!
Saludos

No, he is not. It is not only written down like this in civil service law, but also in the Basic Law. Article 33. No one can guarantee your girlfriend the promotion at this point in time, not even a provincial prince. Any competitor's lawsuit against it would be successful.
