Again and again, I don't understand this "the house is too cheap for the plot of land" argument. As if one had anything to do with the other. But maybe it's also the desire for more separated living spaces for the rich and less rich... and then someone sneaks into the wealthy neighborhood by simply building cheaper... of course, that doesn't work. I can hardly imagine any other reason. The argument about higher house construction costs in areas with more expensive plots of land is not true in every case either.
