Laying floors and wallpapering and painting wouldn't be a problem...

According to the brochure, it may cost that much.
But even Town & Country can't work miracles and therefore won't build you a house for that price.
Earthworks are presumably only covered to a certain extent. Floors and walls are certainly not completely finished (yes, the materials definitely cost five figures as well).

Earthworks are only included up to 30cm in the price... Floors and walls are not finished. That's true...

So generally, you can expect around 2000 euros per m² plus additional construction costs here in the forum. Outdoor facilities are extra. You have to see what is included with Town & Country (splash protection strip? entrance platform? driveway, lawn, privacy screen...). Therefore, I consider the 260,000€ to be realistic if you don't upgrade and do a little yourself.

The plot of land must of course not be on a slope and the ground must be load-bearing.

It says there... THE PURE HOUSE. Of course, then NO incidental construction costs are included.

The next one, I give up. Is that due to the heat?? A price of 1000 euros per square meter, where exactly is that supposed to be?

And then wanting to build a house for 260,000 euros. Buying a Ferrari and then shelling out 40 cents for a liter of sunflower oil at Lidl and hoping there is no engine damage.

Oh dear, it must already be summer vacation..
