House for 260,000 euros unrealistic?

Man man man. Quite a statement on how "easily" one talks about over 100k more.
This is not an attack on you, Zaba12. I find statements like these, without overvaluing them, more frequently here in the forum. (Put 50k on it and then you have X more. Just take 40k more, then you can do this and that.)

I see these numbers, think of the monthly rate, and then only see the years it takes to pay something off like this. Sometimes it really makes my stomach turn when I think that something like that lies ahead for me.

But everyone is different. (Not better or worse. Just different).
