Just a question to the OP.

Is there a gas connection for the targeted property?

If not, it will come down to a heat pump. The typical construction service descriptions I know from Town & Country have a gas heating system as standard. This can therefore be an additional cost that you have no control over. To operate a heat pump efficiently, you don't install radiators but underfloor heating. So, the next item.

This was just an example of why the prices in glossy brochures often differ from what you end up paying in the end.

A proud price for what is not offered. This is not something to be proud of. And by that I mean the price, not the home itself. One can and should be proud of their own home no matter what it cost, because not everyone can afford something like that.

But when I consider that with 100k€ more budget I am on the other end of the equipment scale, I really do not like the TuC price.

Many things have basic costs that are independent of the equipment. A fitting Ideal Standard requires the same installation time as a Jörger.

That's probably what it comes down to. That's why the price is what it is.

But that’s the part that makes it difficult. To choose regardless of the price is easy.

You don’t say anything anymore... How about existing properties with you? Wouldn't there be more dream equipment and living than a risk-prone simple new building? The costs are more manageable and not already maxed out!
