No one disputes that Kampa and Weberhaus are higher quality and more expensive (that's even literally stated in my post ). The initial question was whether you can build a house with Town & Country for 260k --> for this reason, based on current research, I added my two cents and drew a conclusion. Also, Kern-Haus, Streif Haus house & Schwabenhaus are more expensive (partly wood).

We (family) are currently looking for land in the Dresden area and I am going through all the house-building companies (wood, solid, regional, ....) one after the other and gathering all kinds of information.
