Here might recognize himself again.
Why? Nope.. I don’t recognize myself there at all… Or are you being ironic? ;)
I am currently looking for the individual steps in this thread that led to the darkening of the living space. My suggestions a few pages back were based on honoring the OP’s wish for the garage location in the south, mind you.
I then tried to generate as much daylight as possible from the entrance with a design, which didn’t find much approval. But it doesn’t have to.
What’s a pity, however, is that apparently nothing has sunk in and now the only question is whether the hallway is bright enough
1. The garage was moved to the south
2. Then crooked corridors caused darkness
3. Options for generous windows in the entrance area were not appreciated
4. Utility rooms are placed in the southeast. (last option destroyed)
5. Windowless living room.
Instead, there is a foyer without any use and a garage that actually blocks all directed (sun)light during the dark months.
There used to be a thread about the west side and KfW40... the fear of not meeting it... I notice that it was apparently only about numerical values, not about the feeling of having sun in the house even in winter. Somehow I assumed that here the view, sunlight and KfW40 would be combined fairly. But the mistake is mine, because I assumed that.
Nevertheless, I am of the opinion that with the relocation of the garages the direction was steered wrong. Or was there a good reason for that? Only to have enough terrace space in the south, right? The sun position today benefits only the garage.
Who drew the design? Who forbade reproduction? Uploading it in digital media is reproduction... better have a moderator delete the floor plan.
