I am not sure if that is possible. Nothing is said about boundary construction in the development plan. Garages are also not shown in the development plan.

In my draft, it is 5 m to the bend and then 4 m. Maximum boundary construction in BY is 9 m. I don’t know how it is regulated with you. In front of the garage in the middle, it is also just under 5 m although 2.5 should be sufficient according to the development plan.

The house is within the building envelope of 14 m?

I actually drew it to scale. Setback areas 3 m and 4 m to the street

The width of the embankment is predetermined up to that point, you are not allowed to change it. The height is not important. The hill is rather very flat. Plan with a slight slope away from the house, then place L stones at the boundary of the embankment if YOU absolutely want a level garden.

Not in that section of the plan. However, there are building plots where the garages are marked. I think the angled garage would be approved. Our building authority is pretty relaxed. The development plan also states that "garages may exceptionally be permitted on non-buildable areas of the property." ;)

In BaWü also 9m. Max height 3m and max wall area 25m2

Yes... that's a good idea. But the garden is very small, so the L-bricks would be 1.5-2m in front of the terrace.
But you know what? I think I'm fixating too much on the embankment after all. Maybe it's not such a big deal if I have measured everything correctly.
...or you can mill it down 10-20cm
. I measured the plan with a ruler. It should be about 13 m.

Then you are a mind reader to have already cited it in post #47 ;-)

So... after a longer break, I’m reporting back. Since we were unhappy with the garage position for a long time, we gave ourselves a 3-week planning break (it was hectic at work) and started over. Now... the double garage is located on the south border . Yes... we actually wanted to avoid that, but now we find this the most practical solution. You can place the house all the way to the north and build a privacy-protected southwest terrace behind the garage. The connection between the garage and the house we would almost completely glaze and create a bright and (hopefully) inviting entrance area with it (with a pergola outside). The utility room is a bit small. However, it should only contain the electrical panel, water storage, ventilation system, and the indoor unit of the air heat pump. Are about 7-8 m² sufficient? Of course, I could enlarge the utility room or the office by closing the long window niche facing the front garden/street – my husband would like to do that. But I consider a large floor-to-ceiling window in that spot important. This would brighten the long hallway and at the same time allow contact with the street. The front garden should become beautifully colorful, which could also set an accent in the interior of the house. The living area should be generously glazed. Please note that this is a rough sketch. Only the most important openings are marked. Does this plan have potential? I also already have rough plans for the upper floor. But first, I’m looking forward to your constructive criticism of the ground floor. PS: I know... a proper wardrobe is missing... This could be perfectly installed instead of the glazed connection to the garden... However, I definitely want lots of light in the house...
