Sorry for only getting back now - family comes first ;).

Many thanks for your suggestions. I have taken ALL of them to heart and will try to incorporate them.
Unfortunately, I don’t have time to address all the questions right now - starting tomorrow we’re treating ourselves to a short vacation. We really need it. On Monday, it’s back to work and planning.
I’m quickly attaching an earlier drawing of the ground floor. o_O The staircase would be at the entrance and would separate the two kids’ rooms upstairs. hm.....
At that time, we tried to fit in the double garage.
But it wasn’t a good idea because the exterior wall toward the northern boundary would be too long.

The "closet" between the office unit and the common room obviously has to go ;)

Somehow I had a similar idea. I thought boundary construction could be 9 m?

But I would do it without the extension.
thanks for the hint about the other post.

Here is the revision. Only a small corner of the ground floor is separated for the garage. In return, there is a small projection for the entrance.

Your bay window is not one, so I would omit the offset above the BG. In the hope that the tree may be moved.

Hello everyone. I'm checking in again after the short vacation.
Of course, I couldn't really switch off. But it was a great time for the kids.
Yes, I think the idea is great. Especially the canopy at the entrance. Good work, Hanghaus2000. Thanks.
My first thought was to tilt the double garage like that. But I don’t know if that can be done well technically. The garage wall must not be higher than 3m max. Actually, I don’t need a 3m high garage. 2.3-2.5m would be completely sufficient. But since a part of the ground floor ceiling simultaneously belongs to the garage, the ceilings must be the same height, right? I wanted to achieve a clear height of about 2.7m on the ground floor. Then the raw construction height would have to be over 3m...
2. I would like to put the house about 50cm above street level. But not necessarily the garage. I fear that a 50cm incline on a driveway of about 5-6m is way too much...

How could the "ceiling problem" be solved with the Hanghaus2000 variant? Or am I worrying too much here?

Can you simply raise the house by 50 cm? What does the [Traufhöhe] indicate?

Yes, according to the development plan, the house may be built up to 1m higher.
The embankment at the back is quite wide (about 2.5m). So I wanted to place the house at the embankment height so that the garden (already small) doesn’t get any smaller.
If I raise the house by these 50cm, the eaves height is 5m above the single-family house. I can live with that well.
