How could one solve the "ceiling problem" with the Hanghaus2000 variant? Or am I overthinking this?

The problem is that on the western property boundary there is a small (approx. 60 cm) earth embankment. So we want to raise the whole house higher to be able to compensate for the embankment. The maximum detached house is 1 m above street level. We wouldn’t want to go that high but, as mentioned, about 50-60 cm.

I think the "problem" is that the original poster is making a mountain out of a molehill in her mind and fears sinking behind the little embankment into a perceived basement-like space and dying the death of darkness (or at least losing the view from afar because of it). Unfortunately, neither facts nor technical measures help against fears – both are therapies that cannot reach there.

I would set the single-family house 0.25 m above street level. Slight slope towards the street.

Approx. floor height 5.20 m, so almost 2 full floors are possible.

The slight offset of the ceiling to the garage is solvable even with a wall height of 3 m for the garage.

Is there a street height as a reference point?

Has the plot already been surveyed in terms of height?
