So better to move the door to the left after all? That was my first idea. Where the entrance is now, I could well imagine a window. Opposite the window, a nice large abstract illuminated painting.

And the jackets, shoes, [Taschen] where do they find their place?

Addition: The staircase is placed in a very inconvenient location, behind the kitchen island. Some windows are also still missing. If you really want an attic, then go ahead. Garages in the house are indeed the most expensive, but it should be your dream house.

No one claimed that either. But without measurements, a meaningful (comprehensive) assessment is not possible. Doing laundry also turns into a running odyssey, from the bathroom to the kitchen island to the utility room, which is certainly too small. (Even if the heat pump is located in front of/behind the house).

I would like to start with the property. Is the building boundary really 4 m in the southeast? The garage does not work like this. Why does the extension reach into the setback area? Is there a development plan? Where is the text section?

Do you have to go through the kitchen to get to the upper floor? Every nightly teenage boyfriend remains unnoticed by the parents, so I would move out very early as a child.
