Yes. It’s only 2 meters. I know a household with a similar back kitchen. Everything works perfectly there. I just don’t like cluttered countertops. In my current apartment, I also have an open kitchen. I work between the stove and the sink. Workspace about 1 meter. Everything works flawlessly. And yes... I cook fresh daily for 4 people. The other half of the countertop (1 meter) is never used. There is only a fruit bowl. What bothers me now is that I have to hide my toaster in the cabinet every time after using it. I just like countertops to be as clear as possible. The couch, dining table, and the double bed with the nightstands have been drawn to the correct sizes. Bathroom fittings were estimated

Ground area house 9x12 (8x11 inside) + extension with flat roof on the ground floor approx. 4x6. This is only a hand drawing. You can easily read the distances from the graph paper

Then take proper swimwear. Some things seem too small to me. It could be misleading. But with such an open concept, it would be a shame to ruin the effect over a few centimeters. The master bathroom lacks a shower

No one will start measuring to check if it fits.
That is done only once and by the creator. ;)

Not just a feeling, it is tight and a no-go. Entrance area generally not inviting.

The design reflects many thoughts about one's own life. I like that very much. Here and there it could pinch a little (luxury bathroom, guest toilet, kitchen, storage). These are details. If the shimmering style and the clarity of forms are consistently thought through to the end, the two "additions" - office & garage - must be well thought out to the end, otherwise it visually goes wrong with too many setbacks and projections.

It does not bother a car to be parked outside. A garage for value retention is worthwhile for very few utility vehicles. Only snow removal and cooling down in summer are challenges – modern cars can also handle this quite well without a roof with ventilation and parking heating.
