I somehow don’t understand the thing with the staircase superstructure … why doesn’t it work?
But the dormers are still as planned in the original design, although not depicted graphically. The new floor plans are drafts from a construction company, not from the architect. Just as an "apology" for the quality or as an explanation as to why some details are not optimally represented.
After the criticism, the task for various construction companies after the initial meetings was to optimize the floor plans … but we just can’t get any further. No one seems to really think through/plan it to the end. :-(
The discussions always go the same way … you are asked about your ideas, then you name them (of course without considering the effects on other floors, the shape of the staircase, or being unaware of the influence, for example, in the upper floor with the low roof pitch on subsequent furnishing) and then this is simply adopted graphically. For a layperson, it looks good on paper at first, but when you then ask people who know better, criticism pours down :-(
So the arrangement of the garage on the south side with a terrace on top is fixed … the variant on the east side is not an option.
Maybe someone still wants to make floor plan proposals based on that?!?!
Otherwise, there are free programs on the internet where you can try your hand at it yourself?
What did you use to draw the drafts?
