Likewise the staircase basement-ground floor.

But there is no superstructure ... however, the stairs could generally be quite short and steep.

Correct, the section meanwhile represents (limited) headroom and the staircase is probably shown only schematically.

Just finished reading through: Katja's drafts are all better than that, sorry.

Sure, a 16-year-old child won't live in the child's room forever, but I still don't understand why they're only allowed a dark storage closet.

No, I don't like it.

I somehow don’t understand the thing with the staircase superstructure … why doesn’t it work?

But the dormers are still as planned in the original design, although not depicted graphically. The new floor plans are drafts from a construction company, not from the architect. Just as an "apology" for the quality or as an explanation as to why some details are not optimally represented.

After the criticism, the task for various construction companies after the initial meetings was to optimize the floor plans … but we just can’t get any further. No one seems to really think through/plan it to the end. :-(

The discussions always go the same way … you are asked about your ideas, then you name them (of course without considering the effects on other floors, the shape of the staircase, or being unaware of the influence, for example, in the upper floor with the low roof pitch on subsequent furnishing) and then this is simply adopted graphically. For a layperson, it looks good on paper at first, but when you then ask people who know better, criticism pours down :-(

So the arrangement of the garage on the south side with a terrace on top is fixed … the variant on the east side is not an option.

Maybe someone still wants to make floor plan proposals based on that?!?!

Otherwise, there are free programs on the internet where you can try your hand at it yourself?

What did you use to draw the drafts?

I draw with a very old program from Architekt 3D Ultra. It is now available in a new edition - but in my opinion, they have not fixed the bugs. The program cannot calculate the correct room area. It always shows nonsense. Also, it cannot draw spiral stairs - at least not really. But I'm too lazy to learn something new.

I think with a terrace on the garage - that's not my thing - I lack the motivation for that. Well, we'll see.
Now I have to prepare the venison roast and clean the house for the Easter guests... In that sense, Happy Easter!
