It can be assumed that you have never really stood up for the child. Somehow, some things seem to have been focused on by you, see kitchen!, sauna, dressing room. Even the office room apparently got the nice-to-have or must-have to the balcony. Only the child's room seems to have been mentioned with “a child's room must also have space somewhere.”

The architect designs the mirror of your wishes, and therefore I ask: is the child desired in this house?

Just thought about which floor plan discussion this was... then I rediscovered the phallus

Most of the things about the floor plan have already been said. I don't see any real improvement in the points that originally didn't appeal to me.
I wonder how two architects can come up with such similar designs... was the corset too tight?

The best friend of the first one, or are they identical twins? For "starting over," the change wasn't necessary. To believe in such a coincidence with so much agreement is almost an imposition. In this respect, I don’t think there’s much to say; the previous comments can largely be reused in a loop (as far as they aren’t already). The corset was tightened personally by the Marquis.

Do I understand the sections correctly that the clear floor-to-floor height is 262 cm, but the FBA is still added? Then the clear ceiling height would only be about 242 cm, or how is the FBA planned?

When is your construction supposed to start?

I heard that many builders have dropped out in the construction area. The requirements are supposed to be very strict and the soil extremely bad?!
In some cases, entire construction containers have already sunk...

Hi,
do you have more detailed information on that?

I am currently still considering taking one of the last two plots...

Are there actually any survey plans somewhere?
I would currently prefer not to inquire through the NLG ;D

Thanks
