Yes, as I said at the beginning - thinking of a 66 sqm living and cooking suite as a diffuse concept cannot be criticized because it cannot be discussed. There is no basis to approach it. Leaving it in God's hands on the high seas, as to how to furnish it once the statics are established and load-bearing walls can no longer be moved: I would not build myself for this compromise-surprise package. The hit rate with which a used property fits could almost be higher.

hoohooohooo.....first spouting big talk and then no house?! Maybe for your next rented apartment you can enlighten your landlord about the design (would love to see his facial expression then)

Mine isn't bad, but you often talk as if you have the greatest design or know a lot about the subject, as I said a "bad design, find another architect" doesn't get you much further....people like , , etc., they take the time and show counterexamples of how it could look differently, especially when criticism is expressed.

Sorry dude, but you are dismissed.

Here is an alternative, as requested, to stimulate thinking.
The goal was to place the pool on the south side and in front of the sauna / fitness room. Also to have the children's room face south and to prevent the garden from being visible from the driveway. The terrain is not perfectly drawn - it's very time-consuming - please use your imagination.
This is a sketch!
I included a knee wall of 1m. I haven't been able to read the regulations on this yet or it's unclear to me why you didn't have one. Does the 2/3 rule not apply?

Because I have just been thinking about a few sketches, the very large garage caught my attention. Is that what you want? I see internal dimensions of 8.13 x 8.13 in the plan. We have a garage with internal dimensions of about 7.05 (l) x 5.80 (w), in which there is an A6, a BMW 4 Series, 3 bicycles, 1 child trailer, and 3m of heavy-duty shelves with a depth of 60. It would be optimal to have 1m additional width so that the child trailer does not have to be pushed through the back door when both cars are in the garage, so about 7 x 7 m. What do you want so much more space for?
