Say, , how steep is the slope exactly in the construction area now? Maybe one could go for a split level or set the dining room a bit apart. I have a thought lingering in my head...

The gradient is 3 meters per plot (see also the attached excerpt from the development plan).

So I really like the proposed options and am increasingly realizing that my first design really went in the direction of stretching a "standard floor plan" lengthwise and widthwise.

The floor plans will definitely not be like that and require a complete revision... so I am still open to further ideas.

I had seen that, yes. But sometimes there is suddenly an "almost level" area on the construction site. In the pictures from it looks very evenly sloping.

It is outrageous to make such an accusation just because someone is newly registered.

Sorry, that was by no means - uh, by no means - meant with bad intent. Same development area and same age - it's not uncommon in forums that someone uses a smartphone at work and then logs in from home on the PC with a different account. I am glad if I am wrong - especially if, as here, it means that the OP has a "companion in suffering" in implementing his development plan.

But here you will also be able to read about much trickier examples: for instance, with the non-floating reference height you are comparatively well off.

Because the way people interact here in the forum seems very strange to me.
