Building on the south slope and you are from Osnabrück?

Coincidentally "Im Haferkamp"?

Such a hillside location would be perfect for having the entrance next to the garage in the basement. There is enough space for spacious wardrobe cabinets, if the fitness room should ever become the teenager's room it is directly at the entrance and you have to walk the height difference anyway. On the ground floor, you then gain space and also have more flexibility in the stair position.

Properly "reading" saves inquiries
You will be neighbors, right?
I knew I had seen the development plan before

I was scrolling through the pictures on my phone, but the picture with the streets somehow didn’t show up for me there. Now on the computer I also see that the question was unnecessary.

And no, we will not be neighbors. Our building area is different... It is 4km away. But it belongs to the same town.

Ok.... but in a nationwide forum it's almost like a family reunion
You can watch out for each other's craftsmen

Our slope is very similar. I don’t find the entrance situation successful. Why do you prefer an external staircase and a very long path around the house instead of simply having the entrance next to the garage in the basement? Could you explain your considerations there? Or is it just one of those "the entrance is always on the living level" things? I would also give the teenager their own space in the basement. In a proper size, instead of the broom closet with huge slopes under the roof. More dimensions would of course be important for an assessment.
