Here you go.
It is very well done. Then put slabs on it and that will be perfect

Well, successful is relative. I wouldn't voluntarily put a giant concrete/block of trash in my garden. With that height, you almost need railings all around, otherwise Aunt Erna will fall backwards at the next family party after 3 glasses of sparkling wine. A staircase would probably be a good idea too. The opinion that it’s none of the neighbors’ business is actually wrong. Depending on the case, both the construction itself and the change in height can be legally problematic in terms of building regulations. Still, you did it yourself, you’re satisfied, congratulations on that.

1. There will be railings all around. 2. If I coordinate it with the neighbor and we both agree PLUS the municipality “legally” approves the project, I see no problem at all in erecting something like this. 3. A staircase will be added next week. 4. What’s so bad about this “garbage block”? We like it, and once it’s finished, it will be a beautiful terrace. It doesn’t have to be called garbage right away.

By trash I only meant the processed material. It was planned to use the rubble from the driveway here. Your terrace itself was not meant by that. By the way, I just removed a similar lump at my brother-in-law's place. The 11kg hammer worked for many hours, my hands, arms and back are still thanking me now. If everything is cleared with the neighbors, there will be no problem. If you like the terrace and everyone around is satisfied with it, congratulations from me again, that was meant seriously. In the end, it's only a matter of taste, no offense.

What has the neighbor on the other side built?

I possibly see a problem with the privacy screen because the original ground level counts. If the neighbor does not want a 2.5m high fence, then there won’t be one either.
Even if everything is good with the current neighbor, a potential new neighbor could see it quite differently.
