Would it be possible for you to write to me once? Unfortunately, I don't have permission for that yet.

Thank you

Hello JensDos,

Those who "dropped out" are certainly ones who underestimated the slope. However, with 2 available and 6 reserved out of a total of 41 plots (the rest are sold), you cannot really speak of "many dropouts." And the "requirements" are publicly accessible. Therefore, you can also inform yourself accordingly beforehand. Our neighbors who have started building had no problems with the soil. That's why I can't say that the soil is bad. We are about to sign our construction contract. By the way, one of the two available plots is next to us. We can gladly exchange information on this, but due to a lack of contributions, I also cannot start a conversation, and I would rather not post my data publicly here.

Hi, thanks for your explanation. I would rather not torpedo the topic here, but unfortunately I cannot write privately either ;D Feel free to contact me at j.delkeskamp10 @ googlemail.com (hope that is allowed) For me personally, plot no. 16 would be interesting To contribute a bit more to the actual topic: I really like the community here. A full 25 pages with ideas, advice, complaints, and great examples. Big praise. so...

Hello and ! While searching the forum, I discovered this post from 2019. We have been able to reserve a building plot in the new neighboring development area. We are now interested in whether you had difficulties building on the slope (e.g., due to soil conditions as hinted above, extreme additional costs for excavations/embankments) or can report on experiences of other builders in this area. If you can recommend architects or construction companies in the area who stood out positively/negatively in your building area, we would also be interested. We would like to assess what we are getting into before signing anything.
