Thanks, I have now found your blog. I really, really like your house. For a house like that, I would also deviate from symmetry.

Thanks, I've now found your blog. I really, really like your house. For a house like that, I would also deviate from symmetry.
You mean, you would get used to it?Thank you, I have now found your blog. I really, really like your house. For a house like that, I would also deviate from symmetry.
So practically only single-family houses for you, if I interpret the "cadastral plan" correctly, since apparently detached houses stand on the neighboring plots on both sides.Single-family house/semi-detached house allowed
Thirty years after the accession of the "new federal states," I call that a successful reunification. And, cheer up, I’m the same: if the highways below me have a "western standard," I know I have crossed Hessian Siberia and am now in ThuringiaI confused east and west in the drawings.
If you explain the benefit behind this preference, we can adjust our thinking accordingly. Symmetry by itself is initially just a pattern without value.Symmetry or rather outer harmony has a relatively high priority for us.
Most municipalities have already "worked on the development plans for the internet"I still need some time to work on the development plan for the internet.
That would be the dumbest possible idea because that shifts the balance between qualified and merely opinion-giving responders to your disadvantage.to anonymize the development plan
Those suitable as a basis for the offer will have appeared no earlier than post #180 of this thread (?)The offer was made based on the floor plans including windows and patio doors (and small things like outdoor water taps, etc.).
Oh dear, you really don’t want to know what nightmares these words gave me.It is an "action house" that we have slightly modified.
Secondly: see the symmetry aspect; and first: that would render the "action house" basis absurd, if you ask me.The house can also be rectangular at no extra cost, but we would like it to be square.
I can of course only answer for myself, everyone probably handles it differently: to question 1) if the degree of hopelessness of the plans is high, the sympathy for the original poster low, and the degree of resistance to advice again high, then maybe not at all; otherwise it goes on to question 2) first in - first out, otherwise I could hardly "work through" the list of new posts.according to which criteria forum users decide which floor plans they give feedback on and in which order.
Good goddess, that was mostly kidding. But I’m probably on many ignore lists.
the floor plan is pragmatic and kept simple due to our financial circumstances.
Well, in the worst case we will withdraw from the contract again, that costs about as much money as the value of a double garage, we have to live with that.
The number and size of the windows also depends on whether we decide for shutters (a considerable cost factor) or against.
If there is one thing that is absolutely more certain than the pension (by Norbert Blüm), it is this: that shutters (on a villa-sized 940) do not cost the equivalent of a double garage. You don’t want to annoy yourself for the rest of your life over e.g. the sink being in the wrong position.
No, I find YPG's house great both spontaneously and in the long term. In my opinion, it is magnificent, interesting, exciting in a positive way. You see the house, want to get to know the owners and (at least I am like this) inquisitorially ask them about their experiences and inner life. You mean you would get used to it?
So for you, practically only detached houses, if I interpret the "cadastre plan" correctly, since apparently detached houses stand on the neighboring plots on both sides.

Most municipalities have already "processed the development plans for the internet"
That would be the dumbest conceivable idea because that would shift the distribution between qualified and only opinion-expressing responders to your disadvantage.
Those who qualify as a basis for offers will have at the earliest appeared in post #180 of this thread (?)

I can only answer for myself of course, everyone handles it differently:
to question 1) if the degree of hopelessness of the plans is high, the sympathy for the OP low, and the level of consulting resistance again high, then possibly not at all; otherwise it goes on to question 2) first in - first out, otherwise I could hardly "work off" the list of new posts.
Kind goddess, that was mostly kidding.
If there is one thing that is certainly even more secure than the pension (according to Norbert Blüm), then it is this: that shutters (on a villa substitute size 940) do not cost the equivalent of a double garage.
Overall, I have to say: I am extremely disappointed.
Initially, you appear here as someone who has almost half-died-informed in countless single threads, and then this: a substitute villa with the small modification to reinterpret children’s rooms as “the children have already left the house” rooms; and with incredible ignorance after many weeks of intense reading of the absolute basic knowledge that darker means more literal with wastewater, interpreting the term “waste pipe” as vertical – because in this example it looks as if only one of the two floors was meant to be mirrored W-E.
My cry of pain would have almost woken the whole house when I saw this thread :-(
