Floor plan design experiences - criticism?

The master bathroom alone blows your budget

Have you ever calculated what the bathroom fixtures alone with a large whirlpool and sauna cost? The sauna will be added a little later (there is still money coming from a life insurance) and will be self-built. We don't have a whirlpool in the bathroom but a normal bathtub with whirlpool function. Those are significantly more affordable. And 2 kitchens? Only one normal kitchen. The second one in the utility room is basically just a small single kitchen. Why do you already have such an exact amount for the house construction costs when the architect hasn't even created a plan yet? That is the amount we signed for. We can still add or remove individual items.

What I find worst right now are the long distances from the kitchen to the dining room.
We usually eat in the kitchen and not in the dining room, and besides, we rarely have proper meals. We don’t have guests often. Mostly just some finger food on platters and drinks.

... and from the bedroom to the bathroom.
Hmm, I don’t find that distance too far. But one can see it differently. I understand.
With only two people and few constraints because of children, I just can’t understand this arrangement at all.
What do you suggest?
