And on this occasion, I would like to once again thank ypg and 11ant for their support, which was very helpful and thanks to which we were able to create a great house sale advertisement and also received other good tips.

In case anyone is interested: Our building permit/certificate (equivalent to the building permit) arrived about 2 weeks ago. And today, for the first time in my life, I was happy about an invoice because we received and immediately paid the first advance payment for our house today. :) The sampling appointment is at the beginning of September. At the moment, I am working on the floor plans to determine how many power outlets, heating points, etc., we would like to have in/at the house.
