Dimensions missing
I assumed that we would first receive the exact dimensions from the architect.
Draw all furniture in every room.
These are already almost all our furniture. The kitchen furniture is intentionally not drawn in because we leave that to a kitchen professional. Regarding the kitchen, I would open a new thread at a later date. It is a complex topic.
The bedroom, for example, has no wardrobe
We don’t like wardrobes in the bedroom, prefer just a small chest of drawers, pictures, and a plant. For clothing, my husband and I each have a "clothes and stuff room."
How should there be an offer without planning?
I don’t understand this comment. The architectural planning with the prefabricated house manufacturer we chose only takes place after signing the contract. The architectural planning is included in the service; windows, walls etc. can be moved as desired, rooms made smaller or larger, without additional costs.
The master bathroom alone exceeds your budget.
Why, please explain.
The sauna is initially only drawn in as a placeholder; the high-voltage connection in the bathroom is included in the offer. At the latest when money from the life insurance has been received, we will install it. Although self-built saunas are not very expensive.
We will not install a whirlpool but a bathtub with whirl function. These are considerably cheaper than a whirlpool as they are not intended for outdoor use.
