Is the floor plan actually available to see here?

Yes, the floor plans for the ground floor and upper floor (we are building without a basement) can be seen in my post #1. They have been extensively discussed, resulting in me inviting the forum members to one or more homebrewed beers once the house is finished, to "prove" that it did not turn out as bad as the forum members had feared. ;-) Let's see, I am curious myself to see what will come out in the end.

Discussed or "beaten to death"? That certainly isn't the final version?! Is the couch staying in neon green? :D

So you haven't rearranged the rooms? Despite the fact that you want to sell the house again soon, it has become so "individual"? I do hope that you won't have sales problems again then.

Discussed. ;-) It was really instructive and helpful for me.

The final version will probably only exist with homemade beer, when the house is built ;-) or here in the forum when the house is finished. (Besides, the couch is lime green, but with free programs, not everything can be realistically depicted.)

From my point of view, it is a completely normal house, admittedly not up to date, but normal and usable. Whoever buys/inherits the house at some point can change it or not. Since we do not need a high sales price in the first case, some nice family/couple will surely be found who like it. :) I am still enthusiastic and know that it meets our needs (we really are not demanding, though). I rather hope to be able to push through a carport/garage, similar to a Victorian conservatory... we'll see.
