Floor plan design experiences - criticism?

Round bathtubs with bubble function only came my way starting from the five-digit range.
Sauna also costs. The wellness bath does not fit the budget/price guideline mentioned in passing.

What do you mean by that? Floor plans often grow from the inside out.
Room program, requirements eventually determine the external dimensions.

We can deduct and add at the bathroom. It does not all have to be done immediately.
