Well, caught. Alright, I admit, I enjoy browsing here in your forum more than anonymizing the development plan. But I'll get to it right away now.

I would not choose the cheapest option for the whirlpool, for example, I would pay attention to good cleaning. I am not familiar with [Sauna].

Volume
We've had some in hotels, etc., that were so loud we turned them off again

Vibration
It's not funny when the whole house vibrates.

Intensity
Some bubble just as much as those mats that used to exist.

No, forget it. If you prepare it like the site plan, it’s worthless anyway. Besides, a contract usually includes not only the buyer’s obligations but also the provider’s obligations, one of which is the preparation of approval-capable construction documents. Therefore, compliance with the development plan regulations is the responsibility of the planner authorized to submit construction documents.

Your tips are good, thank you. We will reconsider it. Regarding volume, I am especially sensitive and cannot relax with either humming or buzzing noises ... an unrelaxed whirlpool bath is no fun either.

Now I was almost finished with it. As soon as we are registered in the land register, I will gladly make everything public, un-anonymized.
