Children's room in the north and bedroom/bathroom in the south? ops: Is that intended? There are no children's rooms, we are two adults. (Especially since the paths TK - bathroom become longer or go through the living area) What does TK mean?

There are no children's rooms. There are no children's rooms, we are two adults. But I still think the bedroom in the south is not a good idea. Thanks for the hint, we will try to change that. As already mentioned, the high headboard of our bed must be screwed to the wall and because of the size/height, only this room was initially an option. If possible, we will place the bedroom on the garden side.

Your budget is not that high. Have you calculated what the bathroom equipment alone with a large whirlpool and sauna costs? And 2 kitchens? Why do you already have such an exact amount for the house construction costs when the architect hasn’t even drawn up a plan?
