It's even more like only 1/2 cm. But I've already taken out everything that was possible at the screw as well...

Did you perhaps install the old full-extension slides in a new carcass?
Then the 5mm offset can be explained.
I deliberately did that myself, but only with one 26 cm drawer in a 38 cm carcass.
