Can you mark on the site plan approximately where this large tree is located?

I have roughly estimated it like this:

---------------------------------------------------------------

Regarding your last plan .. one should try to swap the children's rooms with the bedroom/office. Children spend more time in their rooms than parents do in the bedroom.

Here you can see the tree. It could be that it stands a bit further south, so further to the left on the plan at the development boundary. But exactly on this development boundary, more large trees are to be planted.

And I believe it is already more spread out than I can represent in the program.

When standing on the plot, you get the feeling it threatens over half...

Sorry for only getting back now, but just briefly:

Yes, my suggestion was with a second full floor, so no more bungalow (I also wrote that, if I remember correctly). I would like that better here. Just building upwards and using it as storage... hmm... no. Then rather a fancy angled bungalow right away. However, the roof would be expensive then.

But purely visually, I would prefer a very modern two-story building here that picks up the floor plan (possibly with an open space in the two-story area).

But that's just my opinion.

Yes. I understand that.

And yes, you had written it. And it was clear to me. And I understood you that way.
And that you also knew that we were more looking for a bungalow option, but you still drew your idea, and I think that’s cool.

I just picked up the idea and looked at what could be made out of it. And I noted that as well. I thought that had come across?
And I thought either you continue to develop the idea or just say no, that’s not it. And obviously my idea isn’t brilliant either... But I found it good for myself to have drawn it out once.

But for a 1.5 or 2-story, ... As I said, we would have a plan that has east, west, and south in the living area. And it would also be nicely within our budget...
Whereas the "unusual" two-story already needs a few special solutions, like the roof and storage.

In any case, we decided yesterday that the option with the living area only facing forward doesn’t appeal to us. The rear part is then cut off again. Or rather the room layout isn’t optimal.

But I still have a few ideas and will move some walls around in the program.

Then show it then and mark in it which corner wouldn't have fit.

That is not a bungalow...
That would basically be the only thing...
