hmm, I know the budget is limited, but this extraordinary plot somehow screams for a house that somehow does justice to this shape.

When I saw the shape of the plot, a few floor plan shapes spontaneously came to mind that take up this shape, then I would place a rectangular upper floor with a shed roof open to the south on this "tilted" ground floor shape. Or also a flat roof. As 11ant already said: a development plan to kiss! I would exploit the possibilities and treat myself to something a bit unusual.
Because of the straight shape of the upper floor, a normal shed roof is also possible, but I wouldn’t like that there at all.

That’s why I wouldn’t take a standard house here but rather invest a few more euros in an architect. The plot shape is unusual but interesting, the development plan offers a lot, so I simply wouldn’t want to place such a run-of-the-mill house on it.

I’ll make a few sketches of what I have in mind for the floor plan if I find the time.

At first, we also thought that the bungalow was absolutely not within budget. But by now, we know there are a few possibilities that make it not unrealistic.

We still have some time.
So probably nothing will happen before August anyway.
By then, we would at most have made a precise plan for the bungalow, with or without a company, with an architect.

I always had the plan to work with a local construction company and my own architect, basically a “technology finished” contract.
We are (I think) aware of the advantages and disadvantages.

And the costs for a simple bungalow with a gable roof are, I think, feasible.

Acquaintances from my hometown set a steel wall and glazed half of the house front (ground floor) and around the corner completely, to open it.
That means they live in the green in summer...
But I only know that the steel wall had quite a price. And I think it’s not in the budget... But I haven’t even looked for something like that yet.

But I would absolutely like that.

Well, I wasn't really thinking about a bungalow anymore. After a boring call, I have a few sketches. Unfortunately, my drawing skills for perspective painting are rather poor, but to get an idea (unfortunately currently only as a pdf), attached is what spontaneously came to my mind.

The possibility of a pitched roof is sketched in the first drawing, although I don't find it fitting for the design.

The areas could be used as a roof terrace (which one wouldn't do if you have a garden) or (which I would prefer) greened. Then there would be something green to look at.

But, as I said, no bungalow. I just think such a shape would do more justice to the property and somehow make the whole thing more "rounded."

very creative. That’s a great drawing. Tetris for adults. Here’s my Tetris version, based on the 3rd example. That’s really cool: 2 building blocks stacked on top of each other. I like that.

Although I first made it in my example as a bungalow with 4 m high walls and 2.5 m ground floor. Regardless of whether that’s even feasible, and of course unfinished. But it has something. Thanks for this idea. I think I’ll make it again, just the living room, so your example 1.

In principle, it also corresponds to an angled bungalow. The only question would be how to properly implement the roof. And I’d still have to tweak the living area a bit, theoretically it would be too much... if you calculate by sqm. I’d be at about 150 sqm living area on the ground floor... so too much. (It was previously between 127 and 132)

At 2.00 m, you reach that about 2.85 m away from the eaves (at 35° pitch), or about 4.95 m at 22° pitch.

I can well imagine the extension being almost entirely glazed. Fixed glazed areas are also not quite as expensive. For the living/dining area and possibly the kitchen. I like the bottom option best, and it should provide the most light yield given your orientation.
