From my point of view, the plot offers enough alternatives both in terms of the floor area ratio and the many possible locations for outbuildings, so that storage space does not have to be created above the living space. A shed instead of an attic, so to speak.

You are not wrong. My thought was already to at least plan the garage accordingly for the sports equipment.

But for the Tetris variant, the second floor would simply be visually sensible. And practical. But we are still not sure whether it really looks nice visually if you just raise the wall by 1.5 meters and have no windows... Or whether the Tetris variant would then just be only "half" realized. So that the Tetris variant should actually be only a one- or two-story building. And here we are again at the point that, for cost reasons, we will probably be better off with the 1.5-story.

Another question, with such extensions, with flat roofs... I always somehow have in the back of my mind, "will it be watertight." I have no idea how something like that is implemented nowadays, but directly on the wall and then flat roof... "water finds its way" is always somehow my thought... What do you need to pay attention to there?

that is not yet completely finished. But I have now implemented the bungalow again with living facing southwest. However, here, as with my angled bungalow, the kitchen would be inside in the dark... somehow. The living room is still not really arranged happily. A child's room is crooked. But in terms of the basic orientation, related to the sunlight, that would already be okay. I have also moved the house further east, so that in the west there would not only be a courtyard and garage, but also some space for a garden. However, we need to estimate that on the property. Because, as I said, the dimensions... We think the house would then stand too close to the ditch or is too tight... But still, here is the plan.

and simply an extension on the other side. However, we prefer the other option (Stube as an extension) better

and a height.. But then it is "only" an angled bungalow.
